Module 1: Your Hormones 101

Understand the different phases of your cycle, what your hormones are doing, and what’s “normal” and “not normal” in a healthy cycle.

Module 2: Destress

We discuss the many ways in which stress impacts your hormonal health and how we can better manage it.

Module 3: Diet

Understand the nutritional needs of your body throughout your cycle.

Module 4: Digestive Health

Understand how the digestive system works and its relationship to inflammation and our hormones.

Module 5: Detoxification and Metabolism

Understand what the liver does and how it affects our hormones. Learn the ways we can support detoxification through our diet and lifestyle.

Module 6: Lab Testing

Learn about the common health conditions (Hypothyroidism, PCOS, Endometriosis) that impact your menstrual health, what tests to ask for and how to understand the results.

Each week you will be given homework so that you can start implementing what you've learned right away.
